Refund & Cancellation Policy: Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping and consulting services are professional digital services and are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing or administrative costs.
Partial refunds may be considered if only part of the scope has been delivered.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in service suspension.
